Service department could not perform tire repair for left front tire nail. I thought that a dealer service department should be full service. I appreciated the found nail but I had to go to another tire center for tire patch. Oscar Camarena was great about everything. He is good. Thank you.

Your customer service today was not the greatest.i purchase my truck in long beach I usually go out 5here for my service instead I decided to do it here with you guys but not with these customer service. I was waiting outside for 20 mnts until I went inside and I ask what's going on .same as with ?s..just really rude people and these is around xmas ..cant imagine how it is in summer ..thank you
