Andrew was amazing. However, the mechanics somehow altered my parking break. Now I have to take it back to get it fixed. The parking break is now very stiff. It is hard to release. Everything else seems to be fine.

This is the second time I’ve been helped by Andrew. He went above and beyond both times to provide an exceptional customer experience. He asked if I was going to wait on my car. I said yes and he told me about the nearby restaurants in case I wanted to grab breakfast. He told me the WiFi password. And he went through everything with me, explaining technical terms in customer-friendly language so I could understand what to expect. He was friendly and when he learned that I just moved here from out of state, he gave me ideas for places to go. I really appreciated his friendly, professional attitude and because of Andrew, I’ll be back! He’s gained my trust and customer loyalty. Thank you!
