I feel your service department continually strive to take full advantage of the situation. The service provided a service that I did not authorize they said elements did authorize it but it should have been taken care of by Pep Boys who ultimately have the warranty on the battery. They did so because it was a ridiculously high-cost to replace something I personally could have done myself at a fraction of the cost or had Pep Boys do. it which the battery was under warranty. The service department has no concern for the customer.. They basically are scammers. I would never personally go there. I have a company vehicle.
