Leo tried but I think he should have informed me that the price to fix mys issues regarding being unable to pass for smog certification could conceivably be quite high … I feel he probably knew that and had I been told that I would not even had a test to check it out. Leo was personable but I think could have provided more information regarding the potential cost.
