I was dissatisfied when I found out my car was staying a day in the shop . I asked about getting a loner car since I have purchased 3 cars at this location a loner car has always been offered . I was told by Ricardo that I would have to pay 45 dollars and a $500 deposit. The next day I was never notified about my car being ready . I called and a lady told me Ricardo is off today but your car is ready . When I arrive at the dealer they tell me the car is ready and just to see the cashier. I go to cashier and she tells me tha lt I owe $100 deductible. I was never informed. So not only do I pay for a rental or pay for Ubers but also pay a deductible when the problem is covered under warranty. The level of service received this visit makes me question if I will buy a Chevy again

I’m not sure why I’m receiving a message stating that my vehicle is in the last process and that it’s ready for pick up. I have not dropped off my vehicle, I’m currently waiting for all parts that were ordered to be delivered to the dealer so that I can drop off the vehicle. Last I knew there was one part that is back ordered and was told there is no eta on that part. Just to clarify it’s the last part needed, the other two parts were delivered to the dealer.
