Erika was great, very upfront and courteous. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the work that was completed. My steering column was separated and there was a crack on top of my dash that was not there before I had it brought in. Erika said she would put a request for a new steering column cover but claimed the mechanic showed her the crack in the dash before but I would have noticed that. There was also the A.C. that was repaired and they said they fixed the blower noise but as soon as I drove off I tested the A.C. and the loud noise was still there. Not a very good experience at Guaranty Chevrolet.

Overall the service experience was good. The only thing I can say is that I feel like the service that was done to my car could of been prevented if the service was done correctly the first time I took my car for my battery, your service department switched by old battery for a new one. Once that was done that’s when all the problems started popping up on my car.
