The service person handling my car actually called and said the technician strongly recommended I need the timing belt done on my car, and I was a little put off by that since the last time I had it in to Spreen I paid over $3000 because I HAD THE TIMING BELT DONE! I’ve had all the service for my vehicle done and Spreen for 11 years and I really wish they would at least look at the records before suggesting I need something that I don’t

We used to receive a printed multi point inspection checklist. Do you not do that anymore? I liked seeing those reports.
