My car has an electric problem that discharges the battery. Also, when I pass by the car, with my keys on my pocket, automatically opens the door locks. I told the desk people, snd they kept my car overnight with the scanner machine, supposedly to find the problem, they just charged the battery snd called me yo go get the car. When I told them about if they found the problem, they not even know what we were talking about. Then they said, “ we didn’t find nothing” if there’s a problem, you’re covered for 3 years or 36k whatever comes first”
