Signed me up real fast as a walk-in and told me it was gonna take about an hour for a oil change, and made sure to mention that InNOut was available if I got hungry and would get back to me to a.s.a.p and followed thru with everything. I made an appointment I told what Code’s my car was beeping and today I’m told they don’t have enough time to do that service. Why wasn’t I told that when the appointment was confirmed I would’ve change the time. My appointment was for 2 o’clock I was there three hours today and I’m told just bring it back what so I can sit another three hours. I just feel that when the appointment was made I should’ve been told that that service can’t be done at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. If you’re going to call me on this don’t call me at work

Tony was great. Only one issue, your dealership does not have shuttle service on the weekend and I believe you should provide uber ride to your clients. I spent almost $600.00 dollars plus uber that I pay myself.
