I’m very concerned. I was told I have a leaking head gasket, but was not told how the technician came to this conclusion. When I got home, I noticed my radiator was filled with a clear liquid (maybe water but definitely not coolant). I’ve never put any liquid in the radiator because I’ve only had the vehicle serviced through Spreen Honda since I purchased it. In my inspection report, it states that my coolant levels passed the inspection, however the reservoir is empty. Finally, my report states my battery needs replacement because it failed the test performed, however I purchased that exact battery about 2 months ago from you, the dealership because I was told THEN that my battery failed a battery test. If this is true, I either have a faulty battery, or an electrical draw somewhere, but I was not informed of either scenario. So I am not happy about my experience at all and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak to a manager/supervisor about my concerns.

I was met at my van. I didn't have an appointment. My battery was under warranty. It was replaced and also a bracket was put on the seat that had a recall on it. These things took a little more than an hour and I was on my way.
