I am very dissatisfied with the service From Spreen Honda. My car is only 1 year old and I began to hear a loud screeching noise coming from my gas tank. I took it in and you would think they would attend to my problem just like they did when I purchased the car but on the contrary they treated me like a vagabond and wanted me to go away. They didn not want to look at my issues claiming that they have to hear the noise before they can check it out. I am not experienced as this is my first car so I listened and left. I came back because the noise would not go away so I took it back and they said they needed to order the part. When the part came in I took it in again and after 2 hours they told me the part was bad so I had to bring it back again. A week later I wake up and my car won’t start! Roadside service came and they said it was my battery. I took the car in again and I waited, when I was driving away the same warning sign came in and I had to take it back! This is ridiculous, it’s a new car and I THOUGHT HONDA’s were reliable!!! This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere I wish I could take the car back and purchase something else! I am sure this will be ignored and nothing will change ... I hope I am wrong.

Melina was great its your techs...I had the shoes when I tried to leave with the car and was told that they disconnected the battery but cal towing said they obviously had not, I got home and I could not start my car and now I'm responsible to get the car to your service shop. Theres more but you can call me.

I was surprised twice this week that no one came to get me in the waiting room when my vehicle was done.. later I found an email that my minivan ready. I don’t check my email often. I would have read a text on my phone. Also, I was amazed that my TPMS warning remained on because one of your mechanics overfilled the air in the tires!

I'm usually very satisfied with Spreen Honda's service. This time i was disappointed because when I was there in August for my last oil change, I was told my next one would be free of charge due to my positive feedback I had left. This was denied to me tonight, so I felt I was lied to by the employee who promised me this. I wish I had gotten their name but all I can say is it was a female, and she said she was making note of it that my next service would be complimentary. I'm not usually one to complain and I am absolutely not making any of this up. It's not good service to get people's hopes up only for them to be let down. Additionally the wait time was ridiculous and it was mot even busy. I cannot say I'm pleased with Spreen Honda at this time.
