Omar was a great help. But what I disagree with is the fact that the dealer needs to stay with my vehicle. That is the only car I have. My insurance sent a proof of payment. That still wasn’t enough to allow me to get my vehicle. The car is just sitting there all due to a policy. My insurance will pay, Honda will receive the payment. But it’s the dishonesty that they have with the insurance. The whole, paying in-full isn’t right. I will pay my deductible and the insurance will take care of the rest. But the fact that Honda can’t trust and that’s the reason they need to keep my ONLY car is outrageous.

Omar gave great customer service. He was friendly and explained to me everything that would be done on my car. The car was finished a little over an hour and a half. My car was returned in the way I gave it to them. They even used paper floor mats and plastic seat covers well working in my car.
