I received excellent service from Mr.Yu, he explained everything he also helped me get a discount as well as a ride home. He is the first person who showed me the part that was replaced! I had also told him I received email from “Honda” about discount but they always expire, he said keep the email and Goudy will except it. I know I paid more than I should have but it’s Honda parts .

The service advisor David is awesome and so friendly and courteous. He really shows interest in his customers and makes sure they leave happy. The noise I brought out Accord in could not be identified at this time but David did assure me the car is driveable and safe.
