My true experience was: no customer interaction at all other than required paperwork, **** face from the moment I turned in my car until I picked up my car, I felt like I was bagging for his masterwork service in a sense it was true because it was a recall service which my payment was zero dollar at the end.

Your service was very sad. I made the appointment with the understanding that the fuel pump was in stock. When I arrived I was told that the parts department had sold the part and I had to leave my car overnight to wait for another fuel pump. How stupid is that? Also, the service department does not take the cars that come in for service in the order they arrived. Pissed me off. Lastly, Andy forgot the coupon that I bought in and charged me full price. Basically, Andy apologized for what he did wrong, but leaving my car overnight was unacceptable.
