Went in on a Saturday and didn’t have an appt but had called in before to ask if I could be seen and they said yes but when I arrived they were too questioning as to who had told me I could go in. Needed an oil change and they said if it didn’t show up on my maintenance that they wouldn’t recommend it as in saying that they would probably not take me in that day. I mean why would I even go in if I don’t need the service?
