I was very impressed with Chastity Torres’ professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end, and I commend you for having her on your team at Goudy Honda.  I also highly appreciate Chastity’s intelligent and prudent approach to her work; in particular, I appreciated, not only her step-by-step check-in with me regarding my car’s situation, but that she was honest and truthful about each evaluation without pushing any fixes or buying of parts that were not certain to solve the problem.  Chastity also gave me her complete attention and time to explain the mechanic’s assessments and answer all my questions.  It was her professionalism, knowledge, and understanding that allowed our interaction to bear results as we both exchanged and clarified information regarding the car.  This entire experience was so refreshing and such a welcome and positive exposure to the world of “taking the car to the shop.”  There is more to share about Chastity’s many qualities, but I hope that what I have thus mentioned reflects the importance and value of her work, as well as her contribution to the success of your company.  I hope that Chastity will find a long and rewarding career with Goudy Honda in the service department as I, for one, would hate to lose her.  However, as someone of her caliber will inevitable move up, I do hope you will continue to hire people that meet or exceed Chastity’s excellent performance.
