But I don’t like the ride service provided to me. My home is only about 7 minutes away from your service center, but the ride provided to me took me all around to San Gabriel, then Glendale, finally back to South Pasadena for almost one hour for me to get to my house due to ride sharing.

Andy was great. BUT. Our appointment was for 10 AM. The replacement of the fuel pump (less than an hour’s labor) should have been completed by noon. Andy told me “up front” that it might take five hours. I waited for the four hours in the customer waiting room. My concern is that it did take 4 hours, but why when we had made an appointment several weeks in advance. Removing the rear seat, replacing the fuel pump, re-installing the rear seat SHOULD NOT take 4 hours, especially when planned with an appointment.

I got an appointment at 7am with Ivan. I’m waiting there for someone to take my vehicle in 10-15mnts. No one, I go up to a guy that is typing in the computer am about to ask him for Ivan he interrupts me before I even ask by saying that he’s technically not working that he’s just doing something for a client that he’s not even wearing the uniform very rude. I see another guy back there on his desk, I asked him he replies Ivem doesn’t get here till later. He checks me in like doing me a favor. When I go pick up my vehicle I asked for Ivan because that was the name on my paper work he acts surprised that why am I asking for him if he didn’t check my vehicle in laughing like with a sarcastically. Seems like everyone is in a rush for some reason.
