I wasn’t happy that the dealer wouldn’t pick me up after dropping me off to pick up my car.

The time promised to give me my car was a lied.it was a recall and I dropped my car early morning because they said they opened at 7am. The front desk opened until 7:09am and to get my info for rental took another 35 min which make me late for work. The advisor promised to have it by 3pm which was not true. Advisor texted me to let me know my car was not ready because there were 5 cars ahead of mine. I called advisor to let him know that I couldn’t return rental next day at 7 again because it will make late again. Then Wilson my advisor told me let me check with technician . He came back and said you know what come at 7pm, tonight and your car will be ready. Then to my surprise service department was closed. I called operator and she said that they were closes for the day and that I need it to pick up my car early morning. I explained to her same things that Wilson told me to pick up at 7. The operator passed the sales manager on the phone and he said he didn’t know anything about it to come back early morning to get car. Everything was not q good experience, the operator told me that sometimes they leave keys for customers in sales department to pick up car but yours are not here that means that it is not ready. To end the story, they never called me next day to tell me if car was ready or not: then when picking up, my Advilsor was not there and I had to go to a different one and told me go to your adviser. I said he is not him and asked me for my last name and pulled my paperwork and threw paper work to me and told me sign. I am disappointed about this episode.
