I was not very pleased with my experience this time. Have been a customer for 15 years and have always had a great experience. Service advisors are always amazing and very nice. I usually show them a picture of my coupon and sometimes they have just matched the last price I paid for service. This time the advisor was hassling me for a physical copy of the coupon and just all around seemed to be unpleasant. Just didn’t feel like it usually does when go in for service and everyone is really nice.
