I am waiting in the longe. The car was expected ready at noon. I waited until 12:30PM. No one contacted me. Finally, I went to the advisor desk area and asked what happened to my car. It turned out that the paperwork and the key were left on the desk without anyone’s attention. I asked how long it has been like this and the answer is no idea. This is totally irresponsible and unacceptable.

The service department was busy so the oil change should have taken a couple of hours at most. I did not receive a call or text letting me know the status nor when the service was done. Six hours later, I found out my vehicle was ready after I reached out to Leo. Not sure if he forgot to let me know or he got very busy. Either way, I did not feel valued as a customer and my time was respected.

Need to honor customer appointments at all times, which they are pretty good at but when you have personal telling you that every one have appointments is false advertisement. That persons name is (Sal). I told him why was he lying to me, he said he wasn’t lying. I ask to see the appointment list and it was denied to me. Honor the appointments and please put a visual list so people don’t get lied to again. Thank you
