When I dropped off my car. I was left to wait for close to 20 minutes. None of the reps approached. One person said, "Someone will help you." Walked away. Check the cameras. My rep was supposed to call me when the car was done. Did not I left an email and 2 voicemails. No reply. Called and was told my paperwork was on her desk and she was NOT at work. Why promise a call then NOT show at work. Then I had to drive back as the sensor came on. A service tech fixed and told me they "forgot" to recalibrate. A series of mistakes made this service unpleasant. Honda needs to do better.

I think a lot of people believe getting service from the dealer is too expensive. Maybe and maybe not. I like my local mechanic. He runs an honest business. As long as the price is reasonable and fair and the business is run with honesty and respect, that is where I'll go. In this case, I wanted someone who knows Hondas to fix what was wrong with my car. David was courteous, professional, and reassuring. Maybe my local mechanic could've fixed the problem for less but sometimes the peace of mind I get from having Honda fix my Honda is worth paying a little more.
