Dennis Palacios was an excellent service attendant. However, the delivery of vehicle after bill settled needs improvement. I waited more than 20 minutes for my vehicle. Individuals that paid after me received their vehicles first. Horrible service!

Mike Fong is extremely rude and has unprofessional attitude. His mood changed a lot when I did not accept a paid service and wanted to only use warranty only.
His manager Jim is super nice and professional, he called and really helped after he heard about my frustration.
