I made an appointment for 7am for oil change. I arrived at 7am. I waited in car. I was helped around 7:15am-7:20am. My car was finished around 9am. It is acceptable that even with an appointment for an oil change that it took 2 hours. Furthermore, I checked the dipstick at home after the oil change and there was too much oil filled, it was over maximum line which can damage my engine. This is outrageous. I will not be returning in the future here to have my car serviced and will let my friends and relatives know not to come here.

When I took my car to be Goudy the rep Mike told me he would need my vehicle overnight because he had many cars to be serviced and he had no loaner car to offer me. I mentioned to him I needed something for work and also needed to get home. The one thing he did offer was a shuttle service back home which I didn’t use because of the long wait time. My husband and I went to Enterprise after leaving Goudy and rented a vehicle for one day. At approximately 6 pm later that evening Mike calls to say my car was ready. I immediately called back and spoke to another rep about the situation and that if he just would of said it might be done later today I wouldn’t of gone through the expense of renting a car. So no, I am not happy with the service and my air conditioned unit is a little better by not much

Unable to contact service advisor. Does not return my calls. Two weeks I left Honda 2018 for repair. Radio screen frozen. After tech worked they said the radio needs to be replaced. Last two weeks I am driving without radio. Ac is also not cooling right. They said there may be leak. Radio they ordered is still pending per parts department. Can some help me fix the problem and give me timely update. Thanks

The person who helped me was not very empathetic to my situation other than redirecting me to “someone” who could, an 800 number. He seemed more interested and focused on getting my transaction over with, after all, who wants to deal with a difficult customer? I’m sure he shared his experience with his peers because to his end I was asking for a lot. He was surprised that you had visors in stock for my make and model.... I WONDER WHY. I will no longer be getting my car serviced at Goudy Honda. Every time I go you have no record of
my car being serviced there! You clearly do not appreciate my business.
