The service department was there when I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled 8am arrival. Daniel expected the installation to be done sometime after noon. I got a call before 10am that my car was ready. I walked into the service office and received my car in about five minutes. And it looks great! The black running boards are a perfect match to the rest of the Ridgeline. Your service team did an excellent job.
