I am very impressed with the excellent customer service from the moment I got there to the minute I left. Alex Cota took the time to answer all my questions any new and first time Honda owner such as myself had in regards to the maintenance and recall I had done to my vehicle. More surprising that it was done and ready to go in less than 3 hours. Alex Cota called me the minute was done. When you have employees who are knowledgeable and highly customers service orientated as Alex Cota. And for that your dealership just gained another loyal customer for future routine maintenances as long as I have my Honda.
