I did get a new battery replaced, the settings in my car were off. The 100percent oil and the gear the car was in only thing showing. It wouldn’t reset to show outdoor temp. etc. I was unable to reset. My tires were not rotated, by the time I got home the sensor was on that informs me a tire is low on air. Also when I got there I didn’t notice there was a line for appt. which I had. The gentleman was very kind and informed me of the new policy. When I noticed I was being ignored I got out of my car and told them I had an appt. Mr. Gonzalez was kind enough to take care of me . I have no complaints regarding Mr. Gonzalez. I’ve been with Gouty Honda since 1985, this is the first time I drove off and my car didn’t feel worked on. That’s the honest truth, I know I did get a new battery.

Mr. Palacio provided me with excellent customer service. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what I needed serviced in my car and went above and beyond to provide me with the best rates. He made me feel like I was going to a family mechanic .... just making sure I got taken care of. He was honest and told me he could match and beat other competitors rates.
