I am completely satisfied with my recent service experience. David is professional, extremely courteous and displayed every characteristic that enabled a customer centric experience. Although my visit derived from the lack of focus by a technician working on my vehicle resulting in a metallic noise coming from the rear right wheel, David’s service and determination to solve the issue reinstated my trust in Goudy Honda’s service department.
