The oil over-filling problem was corrected. Good, but now ever since the service my car vibrates (possible miss firing like a spark plug wire was not connecting well) at idle and even when warmed up. I waited about week to check if it my be a gas related problem but it is doing the same thing. It worked fine when I drove in to Goudy Honda for the service. Maybe the service tech accidentally did something. I would like this to be corrected.

My service estimate was $429.90. My receipt alleges that I gave approval at 11:16am to increase my price to $449.40 — an increase of $19.50.
Mike Fogt called me at 11:16am to tell me my car was ready for pick-up. At no point did he mention a price quote increase, nor did he ever receive my approval for it.
When I picked up my car that afternoon, I made the payment first, and then I caught the alleged approval in the paperwork. I asked the receptionists to bring Mike Fogt to the office to explain the dilemma. He claimed it was "tax."
My tax was clearly listed as a separate line item in the receipt, and did not account for the price discrepancy.
I also asked him to explain why the receipt stated he got my approval for the price increase, when he did not. Again, he claimed it was a tax I had to pay.
I calmly told Mike Fogt in front of the receptionists I wasn’t trying to escalate the matter. He interrupted me and said, “yeah, well it sure seems like you are.” I sought a refund. On three different occasions, Mike Fogt offered me three different refunds: one for $5.33; a second for just over $15; and a third for $19.45.
Neither of these offers was a full $19.50 refund.
Why was it so difficult for Mike Fogt to grant me a full $19.50 refund the first time?
Why was it difficult for Mike Fogt to be held accountable for a documented pricing error and an approval I did not make?
Worse still, why did Mike Fogt spend an hour of my afternoon behaving in a very rude, very patronizing way?
As a Goudy Honda customer who purchased a brand new car and has consistently returned for service visits with friendly staff, this service visit was a stark contrast. Mike Fogt was utterly unprofessional, and I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied.
