Was initially told my repair was covered with my warranty and it was not. I was told on Saturday morning it was not covered after dropping my car off at 11am Friday. I was not told for almost 24 hours after dropping off my car. There was no apology for the misinformation and when I went to picked up my car the only thing said to me from the service technician was “what is your last name again” and “sign here” not another word was said. I went to the parts dept to price the catalytic converter that went out on my car and he asked me which one. I told him I had no idea that there was two, I was not told. He called Whitney to ask, she had no idea and said the mechanic went home already (it was 10am). So now I have a catalytic converter out and for some reason no one will tell me which one. The man in the parts department relayed a message that Whitney would call me Monday after she finds out which one. I will be happy to discuss this issue with someone except for Whitney I will not have any further discussion with her

Due to their prolonged negligence of not checking the problem the first time we asked, we’ve finally found a mechanic that doesn’t rip us off. However, I will be finishing out my oil changes.

Most other Chevy dealerships include the tire rotation with an oil change. This one charges $10 more. I also don’t think my vehicle was properly inspected with the service. The service receipt said it topped off fluids such as coolant, windshield wiper fluid, etc... but I know for a fact it wasn’t, since my windshield wiper fluid reservoir doesn’t hold any fluid because of a leak somewhere, and no one said anything about it.
