Was told about an hour for oil change. Took 2 hours. I was 2nd vehicle taken in at 730am. Ik lost $ 60 in revenue. Would have been better to go to oil change shop...20 minutes. Now wish I had not prepaid for "free" oil chages.
So many little things have added up to sustain the perception of greedy sneaky used car dealers. I suspect you will tell service people to tell customers 2 hours for oil change...there, problem solved.

I was having trouble connecting to the internet in the waiting area. I asked an employee that was walking by for help. He just said I'm not sure and kept walking. He walked by so fast didn't have a chance to catch his name, he was wearing a red shirt, and had dark hair. Otherwise everything was great got out of there in less than 2 hours.

Derek was great to get me in without appt.. which the internet appt didnt take. And (Will) for going over and above to clean my car after oil was dripping from it, he washed my car and wiped it down rather then let water spots dry on it. Great job!!!
