I could not pump gas without the pump clicking off after a few seconds, you replaced a part and charged $490. This was not the problem, clearly your mechanic misdiagnosed and never checked to see if the problem was in fact fixed. I brought my vehicle back when I tried to pump gas and realized the problem was not fixed, and after four days you still could not figure out what the problem was. Your customer service reps dodged my calls, and after getting through they transferred me to a line which went to a voicemail on multiple occasions. I am very disappointed with your service, and customer service reps. It was not until I told them I was coming to pick up my vehicle that I got a call back from Liana Gorley, who had been either with a customer, away from her desk, or had blatantly not answerEd my phone calls. I left messages with other reps who answered the phone requesting a call back, but never received one until I said I was coming to pick my vehicle up. Liana’s communication skills are lacking, I tried texting and calling her direct number, but never got an answer. Clearly your mechanic did not do his job, the misdiagnoses speaks to his lack of competence. I am now out 490 dollars because your mechanic could not properly identify the problem with my vehicle. Your dealerships lack of professionalism speaks volumes.
