I had an appointment at 3. Arrived at 3. When I pulled up to the front of the service line, only car there, there were two guys there speaking Spanish. Had my window open was waiting for them to acknowledge me. They said nothing. I had to initiate the conversation. They told me to go inside the service area. When I got in there it was like I was Invisable. I stood there for two minutes. Again, the only customer there. Again, no one seemed to care. I walked back to my car and sat in the passenger side while I ate my lunch. Still no one came by. Finished my lunch and walked back in. Had to make an announcement that I was there. Looking around I could see around 12 people, inside and out, all having conversations with co-workers but not one could say welcome to JJ or anything. I felt like I was bothering them. The girl that checked me in was having a conversation with her co worker who said that she was helping a customer, got up and walked away. The other girl then said she could take me. Not happy with the customer service.

My car is still not working like it was. It’s a beautiful car I love Derek’s professionalism, he’s the greatest I just want my car working like it was back when I bought it!!! WITH NO SENSOR LIGHTS ON AND THEN NOT FINDING ANYTHING WRONG I AM THE ONE PAYING OUT OF POCKET EACH TIME FOR SENOR LIGHTS AND THEN HAVING THE SAME LIGHTS COME BACK ON AFTER IVE ALREADY SUPPOSEDLY HAD THAT FIXED. Thinking about a new service place right now I’m really let down about that!!! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 3/2019. So frustrating...
