Travis is awesome! If Jesus Christ worked in service department he would look to Travis Ingalls for guidance. Chuck Norris once drove into Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet in an F150, upon talking to Travis he realized he was inferior to Travis Ingalls and in a pathetic attempt to win Travis Ingalls approval, Chuck Norris now drives a Silverado! Jesus turned the water into wine, Travis Ingalls turns water into Gasoline which powers all the Chevrolet’s in SOCAL. If Oprah and Jesus has a love child who solved hunger and cured cancer.......that child’s name would be Travis Ingalls! All that aside Travis is awesome, always helps me out when I come in for service and answers all my questions.

My vehicle was serviced 3 times for the exact same problem, all within a 6-month time frame. The most recent problem came just 10 days after the previous repair. That does not make me feel any trust or confidence in the service department. Rather, it makes me feel as if they are taking money from customers for work that is not being done at all or correctly.
