There was a major issue with my car when I received it. I had the tires rostered but the rear passenger side wheel was not secured before the car was delivered to meZ. So when I drove off the lot and approached the freeway, I had to pull over because the wheel was extremely loose and falling off. That could have been disastrous. I called Travis and he came right over to fix it and get me back to the dealership. He ensured my car was fixed and I was taken care of.

1) car smelled like grease the day after my appt.
2) never got a call that my car was done. I had to call to find out it was finished.
3) when i went to pick up my car, one of the tire pressures was off. The same tire that had been off the day before. Which led me to believe that the tires had NOT been rotated. Tech said they rotated tires. Odd. Liana got my car in ASAP to have the tires rotated immediately which I appreciate. But this leads me to a bigger question- what else didn’t get done?? I’m lacking some confidence in what JJ says they did and what actually got done. Big gap there.
