It took 5 hours to do a oil change and to reattach a def hose. Both of which were not done correctly last time I had my vehicle in. After a few hours I got a text about other services need before the services I brought it in for we’re done. I called and was told it would be 45-60 more and that I would be give. a phone call as soon as it was done. After more than a hour and a half I called and was told it had been done for a half hour. This was definitely not the type of service I am user to at your dealership.
