The appointment was on time, I waited just 2 hours, the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I paid my bill and for the first time I felt no one took advantage of me ( I am women how don’t know how to pronounce any of the cars part ????).

Great job as always! I was surprised to hear that my GMC Serria crew cab Z71 with the 5.3 leiter V-8 takes 9 quarts of oil . At $10 a quart for Vavoline Synthetic oil and $10 for the oil filter at Pep Boys that would be $100 to change the oil myself at home . I used a $49.95 coupon I recieved in the mail that includes tire rotation up to 6 quarts of oil of course I paid a little extra for the extra quarts of oil .Thank You Ray .

Pam our service writer has always been amazing to us. She answers all my questions, she checks in with us when the truck is being serviced! Scott who worked on our truck explained everything I had concerns about. All I would say is usually pills changes take a little longer than I'd like. Being stuck in the lobby with a 4 year old isn't always fun. And I refuse to take a shuttle due to the fact that last time I did the driver scared the b out of me and I do not trust my child in the vehicle. Other than that PAM AND SCOTT WERE AMAZING

Derek Suda came off very rude to me as I was asking questions about my vehicle. I've taken my vehicle to Jimmie Johnson many times and worked with very courteous associates/techs, but I left today feeling very annoyed with Derek. He spoke to me on the phone about the status of my car in a very abrupt and rude way, almost treating me as if I made the issue up with my car. Right after, when my husband called back because we were not updated routinely, he sounded completely different on the phone with my husband than with me. I was extremely irritated. I felt I was not treated with dignity or respect. I am very dissatisfied with my visit to Jimmie Johnson and I feel there should be retraining in customer service for Derek.

Worst customer experience I have had at Jimmy Johnson in the 6 years as a loyal customer. No text could convey how belittled and unsupported. I’ve had my share of accidental service failures through jimmy Johnson and it was never an issue to return and have the job done correctly, ie after tires rotated service department forgot 3 different times to move sensors to their correct locations. However, upon having 4 new tires purchased through jimmy Johnson and having an estimate made for a repair that I have intended to be done at jimmy Johnson coming back after the next drive from the lot where my window would not go back up... completely unheard of for 2012 model car, but to be belittled about how with 40k miles of use it is very likely to happen in a very snippy attitude response. I explained it’s not like with 40k miles you are using the window consistently up and down to cause an issue. Either way I was given a quote without being told the price and to sign paper work which I had before I had realized there were charges just to look at the issue and find out what the cause was. At least he was supportive to let me keep my signed paperwork and leave without service. I promptly went to another auto shop, and was instantly free diagnosed, (bad window regulator) was told where I could buy the part, (which i got discounted even further with military discount) and quoted labor that was already 50% less expensive and completed in one hour. Now that I’m losing faith in customer support I don’t even know if it’s worthwhile to get repairs done for my other body damage quotes for my neighbors insurance company. -Sincerely, Shiloh E. I came in to do a couple things and she explained nothing needed to be done they didnt find anything...well after i left the shop, I had to make another appointment for what i needed to be done about the noise,i reported to get fix.. my point is ..why make another appointment when i ask..did u find anything wrong? So i am coming again Saturday to see if they can fix my noise problems on my brakes...frustrated
