I got there 5 min before my appt time of 3 pm. By 3:03 I was checked in. The lady said it would take "an hour and a half, maybe less". The time on the paper said Promise time 4:11. But the lady said 1.5 hours so I figured 4:30 at worst. I have a 1 year old and a 9 year old. I've already been having a long day with horrible occurrences. But I figured no use complaining I need to just get this done. No one came to check in on us or give us an update. It was 5min after 5pm ... 2 hours after being checked in when I spotted my car outside. I waited five min thinking they have to get something in order. No one in sight. I finally had to go up to someone to ask them about the keys to the car. It was just WAAAY too long of a wait, despite the appointment promised time and past the estimated time that she even through in "maybe earlier". Next time say " maybe way later" it's was just not what I needed on this long, made-longer day. Thanks for the oil change but jeeze. Like don't "promise" a time In writing or even mention anything estimated time if you're going to unapologetically go significantly past the time without even taking the accountability in knowing that this happened. Seriously she just handed me the keys. No "thank you for: your business, time, patience, understanding of our delay" NOTHING I guess because these oil changes are paid already they just know I will be back anyway because why pay to go somewhere else, right? I apologize for the lengthy response and I appreciate your time, concern and consideration in my feedback.

After seeing my car finished for more than 20 minutes, I asked Travis if it was ready. He told me oh yes, you were next. He gave me the keys at 9:35 and I left. Then he texted me at 12:30 to pick up the car. I have had nothing but great service from Jimmy Johnson in the past. I do not want to business with Travis again.

Travis was awesome . The only problem was waiting nearly an hour for the shuddle . When I get my truck serviced at the Toyota dealer I maybe wait ten minutes. They have multiple vans and u guys had only one .
