Rakan was very professional. Not his fault but I have been a Buick owner owning a LeSaber first car, 2 regals, grand sport (my favorite car I owned), Chevy Colorado, we bought the 2012 Equinox first brand new car. GMC truck is my other current vehicle. Now that it is only 6 years old approximately 60000. Long history with the GM family that is soon to be broken. I cannot believe that it is expected to only last 60,000 miles then you have to start paying big bucks to fix. Extremely disappointed in the life of this vehicle and how far down the quality of the GM name has slipped. I certainly hope this doesn't happen to the truck as well. This is crazy how would you feel if you had taken good care of your vehicle and only had 60,000 miles when it started having major problems?

Everyone was v nice; my only concern is that it took almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Either you aren’t staffed proerply or you’re overbooking. Not sure which but it doesn’t make for a good experience.

Liana has been great through this whole ordeal. I appreciate her helping me. I’m disgusted with your service team and it’s lack of pride in its work. I’ve had the same issue need addressing on multiple occasions. The front end was addressed this time. The light was replaced but in the process my brand new perfect condition truck was clearly flung open. They dented the door and scratched the door handle. They didn’t even mention it to me and tried to give the truck back in poor condition. I’m not a yet or negative review person but I would hope this gets handled in house or at least addressed. As for me, I’ll be bringing my truck to quality Chevy in Escondido after the repairs are made. I won’t accept the truck back in any less than the condition I gave it to you in either so I hope this is handled with quality care and not half assed.
Again Liana has been great this whole process I just have trouble trusting someone to work on my truck especially somethingbunder the hood where I can’t see if they cut corners considering the staff was as lazy to make exterior damage in a light change and not address it with me before giving my truck back.
