Pam was excellent. Unfortunately, the day after my service appointment, I got in my Bolt, and the radio would not turn off or turn down. The entire LCD froze. I had my elementary-aged child in the car with the radio really loud to an NPR story on Columbine. It was awful! I pulled over, turned off the car and it still did not turn off. My kid had to listen about mass shootings because my car radio would not turn off or down. I was very angry. After about 8 minutes, the screen displayed a "Connection Error" on the screen, and I could turn off the interview with one of the Columbine shooter's Moms. Awful. One more year and two months left on the lease.

I brought in my car at 8:30 am and was Toyota would take 2 to 4 hours. Then I was told it would be ready st 4:30 so I scheduled the shuttle to pick me up. It wasn’t ready until almost 5:30, putting me in the worst of rush hour traffic, plus I still had to make a stop I had planned to make earlier in the afternoon. I don’t appreciate being put last on the list after I go to the trouble of making appointment days in advance.
