The service advisor was helpful, courteous and professional. My complaint is the long wait time associated with the oil change. I don’t understand why my vehicle service wasn’t completed until 4:00, when I had a service appointment for 1:30.

My Yukon was damaged in the processs of getting the factory headlight changed. The technician denied he damaged it. There was no resolution after I notified the staff of the damage; it wasn’t until my husband called the collision department that someone agreed to repair it. Nobody expects to pay a maintenance bill & get vehicle damage in the process.
