Reported issue with outside temp reading on display being incorrect at times. No problem found by your team. Your team washed my truck before taking it home and display read incorrect on drive home. I called my advisor explained and was told that since car was wet it would read incorrect until dry. That makes no sense and need to talk to your mechanics regarding issue. Torn seat issue since purchase, nothing done getting run around...reported it to your sales manager.

It is a shame that after almost ten years of visiting JJ dealer, I make the time to write this feed back. Katrina Munoz was the service manager who attended me on my last visit. She seemed annoyed and very unhappy at the time. She was very rude, speaking to me with an upset actitude because I asked her why was the service taking longer that the usual. She does not have the personality nor patience to deal with customer service. Employees like her affect the company’s reputation.
