Great service dept. This is my 6th time since my purchase of my vehicle in August 2018.

Rakan and the rest of the service advisors were a breath of fresh air compared to the horrible advisors at **** Chevrolet! I drove an extra 15 miles past them to receive good service and it was well worth it. The service was fantastic as well although a bit pricey very thorough!

Want to say thank you to Liana. But I'm disappointed that my 28k truck that was supposed to be certified comes back from a tire repair with problems that was supposed to have been taken care of with the 172 point certified vehicle report! Transmission fluid, brake fluid, vavle cleaning was all supposed to have been done prior to purchase via the certified vehicle check list so why was it not done? Why after less than two weeks I get a report from a technician that my new certified vehicle needs this work done? Over 1k in maintenance needed from a 28k truck I just purchased 12 days ago? Why did they not just take care of it when this was realized? Thanks, Donovan E

I went in to have a squeaking noise fixed and my back up camera was not working. (they sprayed silicone spray to get it stop squeaking) and then told me i would need to come back during the week to get the camera fixed because they couldn't do it because the electricalperosn was not in. Real inconvienece being that I work during the week and I sat at your location for two hours! I had a appointment and the lady that helped me asked did u have a appointment looking at electrical after three will be hard.... I'm sorry someone should have called and let me no this couldn't be done when I made the appointment. I feel the appointment and my time was wasted.

Felt a little unease. Oil life percentage calculator wasn’t reset - later reset it on my own. At first no big deal, than I also noticed tires were set at 34psi not Chevrolet’s recommend 36psi. Kinda of questioning if any work of the services requested had actually had been done on my vehicle.

Within 20 miles of having my car serviced, engine lights flashing and lost power to the motor. I had to be towed to my destination. Very, very strange this would all of a sudden happen. I have some concerns running through my mind, as my previous dealings with jimmy Johnson employees (service manager) and techs, saiying that they cleaned my intake and throttle body during oil consumption test / repair and I showed them they did not. The service manager at the time told me to bring car in and we will fix it. He did not generate a ticket for this and it is now concerning me what goes on in this facility. (I have this documented in my camaro service folder.). So honestly the trust factor with servicing my vehicle is very demished. It could be bad timing and water under the bridge but due to the history I have encountered I am concerned. Also case in point, this last service for electrical work, I was told before I confirmed Work authorization that the whole wire loom to the back of the car needed to be replaced and rear bumper had to come off. Was that the work completed? I will leave that to your findings.
If I was told of the actual work needed to fix the problem I could have saved the two hour / $300 and walked away happy paying a diagnostic fee and trusting the dealership for future issues. I did authorize this work under the impression the whole wire loom was damaged. Looking back at this situation, was it worth making an extra $300 for Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet?
