I have been in repeatedly for the same issue I’ve had with my truck since I bought it 18 months ago. You still haven’t been able to fix the grinding noise nor have you been able to figure out what it is. My first visit for this issue was 35 days give it take after I drove it off the lot. I have driven with technicians and replicated the noise. This last time I was told it was the brakes the time before that they didn’t know and the time before that it was a exhaust leak but nothing has resolved the ongoing issue.. Guess what it wasn’t fixed and still hasn’t been!! I then had a electrical issue that keeps turning off my truck and this is after my truck almost caught on fire from a pre existing wire that was tapped into my fuse box a few months ago (mind you this wasn’t found when the certifified inspection happened, when I bought my truck but was checked off the list) and who knows what ongoing electrical issues this may have caused. I then was charged $162 diagnostic fee that WAS NOT on my original estimate I was given. If I would have known I was going to be charged I would have taken it to a specialist who could have actually fixed the issue and declined you guys looking at it. The advisor claimed he told me but he didn’t and it wasn’t in writing anywhere on any paper I signed. He texted me after the fact and said brakes were on the dealer and electrical was on me (his exact words). So to answer you question. Nope not satisfied in any way shape or form. Honesty I wish I would have purchased my truck elsewhere.

The workers had poor attention to detail with spare parts , red rags and screws left in my car after they worked on it. When I picked up the car after they told me the “knew” what was wrong and I paid to fix it then I would have to tell them it wasn’t fixed and when they would look into it again report that it was another part which happened a total of 3 times and cost me about $3,000 . So either GM makes poorly built cars that have multipoint failures in a car with 87,000 miles on it or the dealership mechanics don’t know how to diagnose anything and spin a wheel deciding what the problem is at the customers expense. I will never recommend anyone come to this place.

I was happy with the way my vehicles was fixed, but when I received it, I noticed perminate marker on the inside of my car on the roof. I know it was not for me because I only have pens. I wish you would have atleast attempted to clean it rather than pretending it was not there because it is super noticable.
