Service was good. However, I wish that, when I booked the appointment, they had let me describe the service that was needed. I offered to describe the issue, thinking it would help in case they needed to order parts. However, they said “no, we’ll just take a look when you get here.” Sure enough,one of the necessary parts was not in stock, so now I have to go back for a second appointment.
