I had an appointment at 3 pm, and was told the service will take 1.5-2 h. I told Lawrence that I have a meeting at work and need to make sure the service is completed in the promised time. He called me 2 hours later, the oil was not changed and he had some “recommendations”. I told him that I just need an oil change for my car - he said it will take another hour to do the oil change. He was disorganized, and I saw other cars that came after me got serviced first. I told him I need my car back to get back to work. They finished oil change 2.5 hours after my initial appointment time, and he told me it will take another 20 min to prepare report for me. I said I will complain on this service, and miracle report was ready. We are in pandemic, there are no bathrooms or a place to wait. I spent 2.5 hours on a street, end up being late for work meeting because he didn’t treat me as an appointment, and didn’t even say “thank you” when I picked up the car. I paid $250 for just an oil change and felt talked down and treated like he was doing me a favor by servicing my car. I will never bring my car for the service in this location!!!
