Apparently my car and another car were given the same order number. This caused confusion and delay after I payed my bill and was waiting for my car. Finally it was worked out but not before I was told that the wrong was my car several times and that I still needed to pay the bill. Up until pickup I was very satisfied with the service.

I don’t think it was Ronaldo‘s fault but I made an appointment because I had a problem with my ignition which was sticking when I put the key in and out sometimes making it difficult to do either one of those operations. I was very clear about the problem when I scheduled my appointment. I expected to have that problem fixed during my appointment today. But you don’t carry the part and couldn’t get the part. I made the appointment eight days ago. I was rather shocked that you didn’t have the part ordered and available. Ronaldo explain to me that you guys had to make sure it was the ignition. Having said that I expected you guys to have the part on hand to make the repair. As it stands I now have to come in again. I’m a dog walker. So it’s difficult for me to give my car up during the week. I’ve rescheduled to come in yet again for the repair next Saturday. But frankly I can’t understand why you would have the part ordered and in your facility. I was pretty upset when I found this out. Even though Ronaldo explain to me that’s not how you guys work, I can tell you as a customer I did not feel satisfied. Additionally, I have to go the rest of this week worrying if my key will get stuck and strand me. As a service provider who was given a lot of information about a problem from the customer I would’ve been very impressed if you would’ve ordered a part that you could easily return if it wasn’t the problem.
