Reynaldo did an excellent job listening to my observations and handling the intake of the vehicle. I appreciated the attention to keep the customer safe during this pandemic, e.g. the new pen I used to sign forms, the social distancing of items in the waiting room. Reynaldo very patiently explained what needed to be done to my car and was very service oriented. I would always choose Reynaldo if I could.

I have a 5 Year/75K Gas Car Doc Maintenance Plan (CDC108721) for my 2017 Honda HRV (3CZRU6H51HM708596). I bought the car and the Car Doc Plan from SF Honda on 01/20/2017. My Customer Number is 16367. I brought my car in for an oil change on 10/24/2020. To my surprise, Service Advisor Tommy Jung told me that I have already used up the following Car Doc services. * Fuel Induction Service after 15,000 miles * Cabin Air Filter I looked through my service records before I arrived at SF Honda. And I did not recall seeing the above services used already. In addition, Tommy was not able to determine when I used the above two Car Doc services from SF Honda's computer system. Could you please kindly let me know when SF Honda provided the following Car Doc services to my car? * Fuel Induction Service after 15,000 miles * Cabin Air Filter I would like to obtain the above two services it they have not been used.
