This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Luis restored my faith in Toyota. I called with a locked screen issue that another local dealership did during a airbag recall appointment. The other dealership told me to go away and call Toyota and that it would take at least 10 hours if they needed to look at it. After calling Toyota they said indeed that I needed to take it to a dealership to unlock it, it was not a password I set. When I called Norman Reeves, Luis instantly tried to help me and troubleshoot over the phone. I brought it in a few days later and the service shop fixed it within an hour. I was thrilled to have my screen and audio back. Norman Reeves service department has the upmost integrity and work ethic. I will trustfully bring my vehicles here every time and I will let all my colleagues, friends and neighbors know that this is the best service department in San Diego! Thank you for resolving my issue and treating me like a person.

I had a long wait repair so I asked my advisor for a ride home. He confirmed that I’d get a ride back as well, however when the vehicle was done I was unable to get a hold of either him or anyone live. I spent 40 min on a phone being routed to ann automated service and never managed to get any advisors or front desk receptionist. I had to pay for Uber $20 and wait another 20 min. Not big money compared to what I paid for the service but waste of time, frustration and disappointment. I also did not enjoy getting two sales texts from two different numbers asking to buy my car as soon as I dropped it off. That’s not what I give my phone number for. When I am ready to sell my car, I can decide on my own. I prefer that Toyota service department asks my consent before using my number for other purposes.

Wouldn’t look at my tires sensor sensor. Didn’t go over what oil you used or if you changed the oil filter. Didn’t tell me if the tires were good. And you don’t need to text me 6 times. The text are annoying

I was welcomed outside by my name which surprised me. She was very friendly. Anthony acknowledged me even regarding I came in early. He was just finishing some work which took a minute. The service was quick and efficient. It was faster than normal. I didn’t have the car washed because the poster said 40 minutes longer. Overall it was good. When I picked up my car outside the lady that said hello said goodbye to me

Tires overfilled according to Toyota PSI numbers on door jam. Mentioned to service write and was basically dismissed vice correcting. Also when I got home oil was dripping off skid plate and cross member, I had to go underneath and wipe clean.
