With my Tundra took an extra day to be fixed, Q indicated that Robert was going to take over for him, but Robert didn't know anything about it when I followed up to see how much longer it would be. They're also seems to be a safety message popping up on my screen that won't go away.

Es la tercera vez que traigo la Guagua. Originalmente la traje para el cotejo general de cambio y filtro y me recomendaron que cambiara los ejes y los platos. Procedí a hacerlo y al entregármela tenía un ruido en el tren delantero. Tuve que regresar con la Guagua Para atender el ruido. Me lleve la guagua y sigue con el mismo ruido. Hoy lunes estoy aquí desde las siete para una prueba de carretera con el mecánico que no llega hasta las ocho son las 8:30 y no me han atendido….

A little disappointed in the attitude Saturday. I was told Tuesday when I called that a simple diagnosis of the check engine light could be done to determine why it is coming on and going off- when the car was ready, the young lady said it wasn't going to be done, too bad, no one there to read a code, call and set another appointment. Very dismissal. Car wasn't washed, I had to ask about filters, and such as nothing was gone over with me. I know it's busy, I waited 2 weeks for an oil change- I know there are not techs to fix major things on weekends- but....expect a little better from the service team

Estuve con mi esposa 2 horas esperando en la sala y no tuve una solución para transportarme a mi destino solo espera dos horas por un mantenimiento de aceite y filtro e inspección uno como cliente no sabe q eso tarda un poco pero tampoco alguien te orienta ni t dice por q se tarda tanto y después en el recibo salen cosas con palabras extraña q le suman a la cantidad y uno se va como insastifechocon eso creo q eso debería cambiar un poco soy cliente de ahí desde q tengo otro toyota q no compre ahí pero ahí le hago el mantenimiento desde el 2021 y eso no era así en los mantenimientos anteriores
