Horrible experience. I'm not going back for service. I kept getting passed from rep to rep and messages got lost. I was quoted one price then the price got higher when i went in to the shop. I feel like i got ripped off.

My freaking advisor knowing that I'm waiting for my car. He should have been aware and attentive to the status of the car. My car has been done for more than 30 minutes outside the pickup area. He is nowhere I can see. I have to bother another advisor to help me. Then MF showed up. I've been coming here. Normally they come to you when your car is done. They call someone to bring your car out. This time my freaking advisor don't have to because it's been freaking sitting outside for along time. This is BS

If I didn't follow up with the appointment no one would have called us to set it up. The appointment was suppose to be done days after we got the car but there was no follow up. They told me 4-6hrs for the service but took the whole day.

I really appreciated working with Piersey Toyota service center representative Hong Ly. She really took the time to see what recall items on our 2005 Toyota Sienna that we had not gotten fixed yet and quickly scheduled their repairs. She also maintained really great personal updates and communications with me along with the obvious system generated text updates (also appreciated). The personal touch was greatly appreciated. Hong Ly was very professional, very diligent, and really courteous and friendly. As I shared in an evaluation prior, I would hope that all your staff are as equally good but because of my experience with Hong, I would certainly ask for her specifically the next time I come in.
